How can I check on the status of my order?
To review your order status, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Courier transit time is not included to the order processing time stated above. Orders are only processed during business days (weekends and holidays are excluded from the time stated above).
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with USPS.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to you included in your order confirmation email.
It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in USPS system.
Why was my order cancelled?
You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged. Limited to 1 quantity per credit card.
You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Since there are no return/exchanges, we will need to verify why a return is needed to be made. You are responsible for all shipping fees and we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance with your return.
When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?
All sales are final! There will be no Returns/exchanges since all items are limited. Except for defective items. If you believe you received a defective item please email us at email@example.com for further assistance with your return.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.
I received a Damaged Item what do I do?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if the item is still available if not applicable, if not we can process a refund. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
